Hi,
My question is that, yesterday i got district court decision against us (employment bond was broken because of medical reason) and now as per order i need to pay all the amount (35000) now kindly help me to know that is it necessary to pay the amount or can apply in higher court , if yes then where can appeal against the order.
And please advise the procedure to appeal in higher court.

If you are not satisfied with the lower court's decision, you may approach the higher court with an appeal.

Sir, i have loose the case in district court (Tis Hazari) now can you please suggest how and where can appeal in higher court ?
