Can we file a case under section D.V act and civil case by a coubple i.e husband and wife for same property at same time. Beacause as per D.V act woman right in share house. can we proceed or not same time for same house.

DV act provides RESIDENTIAL RIGHTS to the lady in shared household......................these are not equivalent to PROPERTY RIGHTS
See what u want RESIDENCE only or RIGHT IN THAT PROPERTY?
