R.P.RAJARAJAN ENTERPRISES oueselves had let our premises to company called CITEC ENGINEERING,the authorized person called Shreerang Ketkar,and the same had not paid us the escalated rent,diesel charges incurred for running back-up generators and electricity charges as per Lease agreement.The above said charges has overcosted the interest free security deposit they had given us and they are now suppose to pay us over 1 Lakh rupees.We have filed case against them in concerned Police Station.Please give us ur valuable advise on what to do next
