Cidco transfer

We are buying a resale flat in Koparkhairane. Sale agreement is registered and we are not taking any loan from any banks or financial institutions. We have applied for CIDCO NOC which is getting delayed. Shall we go ahead and register our sale deed by paying the final payment and take possession of the house with out CIDCO noc

In fact it is the seller who has to facilitate and obtain the NOC from CIDCO.  In any case, why are you in a hurry.  What will you do in case CIDCO does not give NOC for whatever reason?

How long it is that CIDCO is not giving the NOC to you?

Cidco NOC and final order were by the previous owner to our  seller and the seller's name is in the CIDCO files.  We have already done sale agreemenr registration and paid two thirds of the cost to the seller.
