FRIENDS PLEASE HELP

MY QUERY IS THAT I HAVE NO DUE CERTIFICATE FROM FULLERTRON CREDIT COMPANY AFTER A SETTELMENT , BUT THEY DID NOT UPDATE THE STETUS IN CIBIL AS CLOSED THEY UPDATED THERE IS AS POST WRRITE-OFF . WHAT IS THIS . IS THERE IS NO MEANING OF NO DUES CERTIFICATE ? THEY ASKING THE MONEY WHICH THEY WEIVE OFF > WHAT SHOULD BE DO IN THIS CASE ?

It's the responsibility of Fullerton to update about the account status periodically. If they fail to update CIBIL with correct detail, then you can update directly and report clearance of dues. They CIBIL will get correct status from finance company and correct your credit score. Thanks and regards, Sandeep Hegde
