क्या भारत मे रह रहे किसी पुरुष christan को हिन्दू मान्यता के अनुसार जलाने का अधिकार है या नही। अगर उस christan पुरुष ने किसी भी तरह की WILL अपने मरने से पहले न बनाई हो परंतु अपने सगे संबंधियों से इस बारे में कहा हो कि मुझे मरने के बाद जलया जाए और हिन्दू मान्यता के अनुसार उसका क्रिया-कर्म किया जाए

Please indicate whether that person has died?

When did he die?

Still his body is kept for disposal, awaiting the answer to this query?

You are right. Every person has right to choose the manner his last rites to be conducted. He can wite a Will with regard to hiswishes of his last rites.
