Good day sir / madam,
Myself Sarathi from Tamilnadu ,five years before one letter came from Shriram chits in that letter there is mentioned i given for chit surity to one of my friend that time only came to know he cheated and produced fake documents without my knowledge ,that after i went to Shriram chits office with that cheater and he agreed to repay the same ,but daybefore one letter came from Civil court under section 186 /13 ,but right now i am working another area so that i couldn't receive that and the letter returned to court .
Now how i handle this issue please let me know
