Child maintenence

Hi Experts

How husband can ensure that the amount of maintenance he is paying to his wife

towards the maintenance of their child is not getting utilized for some other purpose

& getting spend only for his childs welfare

Is there any way to confirm the same by way of any notice to wife etc?

1..By Notice to wife – NO.

2.. By covert means – Yes.
Such as;
- seeking from child tutor (school) child’s physical – social development milestones and judging if they are in conformity with WHO acceptable norms.
- From maid at child home seeking report of child’s physical – social development milestones and checking with pediatrician if they are in conformity with acceptable norms.
- By regularly meeting the child during visitation and taking stock of child’s physical – social developments.

3. By legal means – Yes.
Such as;

- Filing for minor’s custody and taking child in your custody and care for utopian peace of your mind.
