Child education ~ document

Dear Experts,

Me and my wife have applied for Mutual Consent Divorce. My wife demands that I need to bear the child's education responsibility and I have agreed. It needs to written down.

I agree for "Tution Fees" and ok until schooling and how about the college fees? If the child needs a "Doctor" or any other "high" degrees, I wouldn't be able to pay the fees financially.

Please advice or how should it be documented. I am OK with degree like BA, BCA, B.Com etc etc until unless professional courses like MBBS or Law or any other courses.

Please advice.

this child is yours ??? right......???? then why worry about spending money on his / her education............... ????

try to give him the best you can.....after all its not his fault....if you both getting divorced. Its your duty and you should full fill that happily. Make a FD in child's name right now so that you get a large sum when he/she turns 18 and needs money. ALSO, you can also hope to do financially good in next few years and help him the best you can...
