Hi Experts,
My sister is a working women and her in-laws are trying all their bit to destroy her family . the BIL doesn't interfere in this and my sister feel so alone ..my sister wants to save the marriage and she is bearing all this since the BIL's family always say that their son will do second marriage and also they will keep the baby with them only.
I want to know if my sister opt for divorce , law will support which party to keep the baby.
