Cheque returned due to insufficient funds- legal action

Hello,

Please find the below case.

One party A issued a current dated cheque to Party B.

Party B deposited the same in bank and the cheque got returened from bank with reason insufficient funds with cheque return memo.

What legal action Party B should take with party A?

Leap into action as expeditiously as possible by contacting a trusted advocate and issue him a mandatory notice under sec.138 NIA.  Do not wait for guidance from others and waste further time.

First  you send him a legal notice u/s. 138 (b) n.i. act   in one month and gave him fifteen day for payment if he fail the payment in time then you file a complaint against him in 30 days.
