my friend has given 2lakhs amount for government job, we paid the amount and he has signed on bond paper stating that if job is not given will refund the amount . given cheque to us . my friend has appointed as a temparary employee later it was not removed.But he has assured the garantee in job .
He has agreed to return the total amount , we called so many times return the amount but he has postponed . he has sent so many messages stating that he will refund .
We have called so many times and he has postponed the date.Now he has taken injection order
This news has come in newspapers also . We have a cheque , bond paper ,sms , as proof
How to proceed further? Please suggest
