in 138 ni act complainant filed 2 cases in that accused same but company name different. case no. is 103 and 104. compalinant filed case in 2012 and nov 2013 he filed evidence on affidavit. But compalinant filed wrongly documents. case no. 103 is suppose reliance and 104 is godrej, complainant filed main plaint is 103 but affidavit on evidence filed 104 which is godrej and even case no. he put 103 same in othere case also. Accused advocate notice this and show this mistake to judge. Compalainant advocate gave application to modified and change the documents which is already exhibited and giving high court citaion which include the same matter and in that judge aloowed to change documents. I am from accused side becuase in that plaint cheque amount is different and bill amount is different. Please give me any citation.
