Cheque bounce case - timeline

sir,

1.you have already filed the case under sec. 138 n.i.act.

2.you have not mentioned whether process issued by court against accused under sec. 138

3. in case process is issued by the court then you may check with the concerned court clerk to comply procedure of issue of summons to accused.

4. In case process is not issued by court, then you may appear with your advocate and argue the case for issue of process as per procedure.

2. I am not sure as the advocate has not appeared

However my concern is if the advocate still does not appear will my case get dismissed. ??

and normally how long does it take to issue arrest warrant ..
