Me and my Dad had an agreement with my ule regarding a plot in hyderabad in which it is wriiten he is going to sale it for 8 lack , in return we hav given 4 lack and 4 acres of land costing 4 lakh... but later what he did is, he has taken 6 acres of land and father has registered for power of attorney... and my uncle sold the 4 acres of land out of it,,,,,So anything can be done on this????......and those 2 acres would be coming from the after the expiry of my grandmather .... and moreover he has taken our 1 acre of land and given other for 3 years in agreement by taking some amount....and this land is receently divided among brothers....and all the lands are on grandmotheer's name....still is to be registeered on all the brother's name....
Please suggest me what can be done in this.....
