Cheating and abusing

A guys who is already married cheated on my frined he had physical relationship with her and also he beat her so much if she will say something wrong she collected proof of cheating from that guys phone now he is abusing her bcoz she sent his chats to his wife . Can she file a private complaint against him .

yes. your friend can file a police complaint against him for the offence of cheating, rape on false pretext of marriage and criminal breach of Trust under section 420, 376 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
