Purchase agriculture land from person . Paid in cash through vouchers with revenue stamp on it. As amount was 5 lacs .
As he did not have account in bank . Agreement on stamp paper for sale and amount recived . But at time of
registration always excuse and time pass we think we have been cheated . Land belongs to person grand father and fore father's all of them expired long back . 2 brothers also have share in it . We knew it and we purchased 1/3 part which belonged to that person . But our agreement is not registered it's just a stamp paper for 500 RS which undertaking sale and rights to us . What can be done now to recovery our money
