Hello
I got cheated by a friend in the name of business . I later came to know its called QNET which is a multi level marketing business and I paid his 2.5 laks and got a vacation package which is not needed for me. Please guide me if I can send a legal notice to his workplace.

Sir,
Yes you can serve him a legal notice for cheating stating that he did not informed you about the package he bought for you.
