Please tell me that which act is applicable in case of charitable trust in Uttar Pradesh.

First, get a copy of Trust deed or bye-laws adopted by the trust and in case of personal issues, you can file RTI Application seeking such clarification from Sub-Registrar Trusts or CPIO, Income tax office. Search in google with the keywords for UP CT Act if any.
