Doomed_Man (Respondent)     28 July 2015

Changing status on job status

Wife in her application for appointing lawyer wrote "I am working and cant come to court everytime". IN her petition she wrote she has no source of income. During argument for interim maintenance when we brought this point , she said she is not working. Later on that day she file an application saying it was a typographical mistake when she wrote the above statement.

Now judge has asked me to provide written statement against her application for typo error...what should be my stand..I believe that she has admitted and now wants to go back.
