Change property co owner from father to my wife

One of my property bought by me and my father few years ago. Registration was already done. Now Me and my father decided to change the co owner from my father to my wife. Please let us know what need to be done?

You have to get relinquishment deed duly registered. from your father first, and then gift that to any one you like, if the property is your self acquired.
