We have a public trust whose original trustees mentioned in trust deed passed away and now as per trust deed rules, eldest son of original trustees taken over trusteeship... I just wanted to know following
1-what process need to be followed for their appointment and noting of cessation of past trustees.
2- do any form or registration need to be done by the new trustees.
3-Any reporting to registrar of trust, so that names of trustees is reflected in Registrar records and all matters brought upto date ?
