Change of my date of birth in ssc memo

Sorry sir tenth memo in 15.04.1979. My date of birth proof is only my parents marriage wedding card. They married on 23.04.1979

Marriage wedding card is not proof of date of birth.

Rely upon certificate issued by reliable/acceptable entity e.g; Hospital, Village Chowkidar etc  etc whichever applies in your case.
