Change of d.o.b

You have submit application to the concerned authority in your village/city, along with discharge card, which was issued by the Hospital. If your birth has been registered by them the said authority birth certificate other wise they will issue proceedings, that your birth has been not regitered. On that basis you will get birth certificate.
