i am vimal from coimbatore (Taminadu).i am 27 years old ,working in abroad for past two years.i want an information about how to change my caste certificate .my father is from scheduled caste(sc) and my mother is from backward caste(bc),currently i hold sc certificate.my father passed away last year.now due to personal problems i want to change my sc certificate to bc certificate .is it possible with my mothers certificate.please give your ideas and suggestions.
