Change of Surety and bail bond in case of Regular Bail

Dear Experts Mr A is on regular bail in 498a case surety of mr A is given by his friend Mr B, in surety he has given personal surety as well RC of his scooty which is impounded by the court. Now he wants his RC back to sell the scooty what is required to be done for this please help and revert. Regards Hb498a

file an application for discharge the surety and also apply for another surety. the person can be same who was the previously surety and he can changed the surety instead of RC of scooty he may submitt another documents regarding the surety.
