Change in policy without informing

Dear All,

I was working for a Manufacturing company . I was supposed to recieve performance bonus

for 1st quater ie for January 2015 to March 2015 of RS 45000/-. But since I resigned,my performance bouns was not paid saying that there was a change in company policy, where people who will leave the organization before the end of financil year (december 2015)wont be paid or recovered the performance bonus.

The policy change was not circulated to all the employees hence I didnt know about it and was kept among the top management.

Now for full and final settlement they are trying to impose that rule. And are denying to pay that money.

What can I do please help.

Regards

Joy Malakar
