Dear experts,
The other party had filed a Transfer petition(Civil) in the Supreme court to transfer a civil case
I had filed in a different state. The transfer petition seems to have been dismissed as the online judgement states.The case status is shown as "Disposed". I want to get a certified copy of this transfer petition & detailed judgement to see if I can use it in another case. Is it possible to get certified copies considering the notice was not sent to me? If yes, what is the process in Supreme Court and how much time and money (approx) it may require to get it?
