I am a Sr citizen, I need certified copy (one crimical case rivision and another criminal case) in order to request higher court for an early disposal as the matter is pendig since 2010. my lawyer is misleading me by saying that the file is not traceable. Please suggest whom can i approach directly, the matter is in the district court.

Kindly visit the department of certified copies and file application for certified copies . If you are party yourself can file and if not a party in case then You have to do affidavite stating certified copies are requested only for court purpose.
