Certified copies of public documents & adminisbility

Hello Learned,

1)  Are the ceritified copies public documents( gift deed made by parents of deceased on accused name) is admissible as exhibit in criminal cases? Does they have need to produce the original documents at stages? or is it enough that witness signing document should admit before honorable magistrate to be right document?

2)  Gift deed is produced as document. currently trail is under process. Is there a way that these exhibits are not made admisible?

Thanks,

IS

Answer to your first query is Affirmative ---the provisions of S.77 Indian evidence act come to your aid.

To your second query-- I would answer---there are ways of doing n No. of things in the court ,nonetheless they aren't written in books ,nor asked on Public forums

The second query merits an answer---that there are n  no. of ways you can do certain things in the court...they however are not mentioned in books nor discussed on public forums
