Sub:Certificate and Place of Practice (Verification)Rules, 2015]
I read the news/BCI notification that all practising advocates are required to submit FORM-A ,i.e. Application for issuance of certificate of practice [See Rule 8.3 Certificate and Place of Practice (Verification) Rules, 2015] to state bar councils.
Is it required to submit to state bar council ? or any pending order? or it is required to submit .
I request you kindly clarify and help me in the above.
