Certifiacte of sale under sarfaesi act

Dear all,

One of our property was sold by ARCIL but we were not given any information by ARCIL on how much was the said property sold for ?

We were not not even given a copy of the CERTIFICATE OF SALE which is to be issued as per rule 7(2) of Security Enforcement Rules.

Is there any recourse availbale to us so as we can compel ARCIL in revealing the information on the sale of those properties, because we are completely in dark about its sale c onsideration
