Call details of a particular cell phone – "Statement giving call details of incoming and outgoing calls of a particular cell phone are electronically printed. So, the possibility of manipulation by human being is overruled.

Can Post Paid number call details which is taken from service provider website is valid in court Proceeding?

The police is refusing to provide us with the call details. A false 304B/498A case has been filed against my whole family. Is there any other way we can get the cal details ?
