We have filed a case against the illegal sale deed executed by my father. Since the Case is Pending in the Civil Court, by the time the party who has purchased the Property is hereby occupying the possession and is using the same for his revenue purpose.
My Question is Can an application be made to the Court for Ceiling the Said Premises, If So what is the procedure for that and what will be the Cost for that. IF no then why Can't It be so.
