DEAR SIR,
I HAVE BEEN ATTENDING CAW CELL IN KIRTI NAGAR DELHI FROM JANURARY 2014.
IT HAS BEEN 8 TIMED NOW STILL THEY HAVE NOT TAKEN ME TO ACP.
THIS TIME ON 30TH APRIL THEY SAID THEY WILL TAKE ME THERE.
I AM TIRED OF ATTENDING IT EVERY 15 DAYS AS I HAVE TO TRAVEL FROM NAGPUR TO DELHI EVERY 15 DAYS.
I/O SAID SEND A MEDICAL BUT LAWERS SAY ATTEND ATTEND ALL THE DATES.AS IT WILL BE EASIER TO GET BAIL...PLEASE HELP.

Giving dates to accused to attend the court means court is testing accused whether he is obeying court orders or not. On the basis of this testing, you will get bail easily. Follow your lawyer advise.
