Pls provide me with a sample draft of caveat under 148A cpc to be filed in district magistrate office so that borrower is given a chance to be heard before DM.. The matter is already pending in Drt and consumer court.. Against extremely exaggerated outstanding amount and breach of contract by bank. Need the caveat format..
