A has received a notice from Advocate on behalf of B.
If A is anticipating a suit to be filed against him by B for seeking any reliefs, A want to file a Caveat u/s 148A of CPC.
Need to know for the purpose of serving the Caveat, whether the same can be served to B directly or since B is represented by Advocate, the Caveat can be served to Advocate on behalf of B. ?
