You are not telling the correct fact.
There is no case of Rajinder Kumar on 16.3.2018 before Chandigarh Bench of CAT.
Please indicate your case type, case No. and year.

case decided in Shimla sitting BY CAT BENCH on 16-03-2018. case number is OA/63/38/2016. DIARY NUMBER IS 1244/2016.

It was not 16.3.2018, but 15.3.2018.
The case was listed for hearing on 15.3.2018. But was not decided. What happened on 15.3.2018 has not been displayed in the website so far.
Please ask your lawyer, as to what had happened on 15.3.2018.
If it had been really decided on 16.3.2018, then you have to wait. The order has not been released by the CAT so far.

What was i asking? I was asking how much time can be taken for releasing final order by CAT BENCH? Is there any legal binding of time for releasing disposed detailed order for judges/bench?
