Cast

Dear sir, I am facing critical issue pertaining to Cast, hoping you might give solution for it and explain me the legal procedure to correct the problem. My caste was recorded in transfer certificate of 10th class and Intermediate as Samban as well as O.C where as the same cast has to considered as S.C as per 57th category of cast out of 61 notified Schedule Casts in Andhra Pradesh under First Schedule of The Constitution (Schedule Casts) Order,1950,vide Ministry or Law Notification No. S.R.O. 385, dated the 10th August, 1950, Gazette of India, Extraordinary, 1950.
