Cases overrulling time limitation act- registered documents

a partition deed was executed by 7 legal heirs leaving one ( who is also a proper legal heir - let’s name him as mr. X ) on 18.8.2008. Knowing this very lately mr.x sent a legal note to all 7 legal heirs on 15.10.2012.( after 4 years).,to rework asking his share., All 7 agreed to again re-work upon the property and consented for re-partition.,vide reply dated 15.10.2012. for the notice sent by x ., Inspite of repeated requests of mr.x along these years (6) no action was done for re-partition.,, Now mr.X wants to file a suit., PLEASE PROVIDE CASE LAWS OVERRULLING THE TIME LIMITATIONS ACT.,,, Read more at: https://www.lawyersclubindia.com/experts/ask_query.asp
