sir
i am a facing a criminalcase for a cheque u/s 465,467,468,120b from a lawyer.another case in civil court.both plaintiff have denied about the papers obtained by consipiracy viz tape record, documents.
my question is --
1]how can be clubbed both cases in criminal court
2 how can court order to investigate the consipiracy in court
3] can high court order such clubbing of cases.

Cases can not be clubbed, there will be separate trial for civil and criminal cases.
Unless you have foofproof story about conspiracy mere allegations will not stand in court of law.

thanks for reply .in other words, if 2 persons put 2 criminal and 2 civil cases against one, he shall face trial in 4 cases for his half life. ironically ,the plaintiff refused all tape recorded voice ,writing on documents.the expert ask huge money to testify voice and writing

hi , can i put application u/s 340 of cr p c separately both in civil and criminal court. if refused , should i pray in high court
