Dear All,
We have filled a case against accused in one of the tehsil level court in rajasthan , but in the given case accused and judge are belogns to the same case and gotra . now the case is in intitial stage and we want to transfer it to another court in the same district at another tehsil court . is this possible ?

Absolutely not. The Courts do not deal with the matters based on same caste, same gotra etc. Please remove such impression from your mind. The Courts deal with the matter on legal principles. If you have appropriate legal poins, better put forward the same in writing before the Court. In case you do not succeed, then take up the matter in appeal.

Okay . in one of the live case the verdict has given by jedge in thre favor of accused who is of same caste . and the real position is that accused has done crime . now can we take this matter to high court and file complaint against judge as well..?
