Query:
A and B are husband and wife having 4 sons and 1 daughter.. A died leaving 2 properties situated at Ulhasnagar and other in Mumbai. Sons moved to Mumbai's property, while Mother was staying in Ulhasnagar's Property. Due to some Circumstances, the repair of home whether mother was staying required to be done. in that case, their Married Daughter incurred Rs. 7 lakhs on the Ulhasnagar Property. While Reparing Process, the Mother Died..and before dying mother has assured her daughter that all the charges will be reimbursed to her by the Sons. She claimed that amount from her Brothers, but the Brothers Died saying that when they will sale the Ulhasnagar's Property then they will pay her the repair charges....
Now my query is
what remedy is available to the daughter for claiming those Rs.7 lakhs from their Brothers?
and under which Act wil be applicable and under which section this provision comes?
