Case not attended by both parties

Dear Experts ,

I want to know this , if a case filed by somebody and both the parties remains absent for more than 3 years, is there any provision or direction of the court to dismiss the case or cancel the case by themselves.

Can court take its own decision to cancel the case ?

The case will be dismissed for default by the court

In this situation, The case will be dismissed in default in lack of representation from both the parties. It is a law of court that petitioner / applicant/ complainant must represent.

which case?

Pray the court to dismiss the case.
