I am making complaints to MCD for sanction of building plan over false document but they are not ready to take action. Now i want to file case in lower court for declaration withconsequential relief of injunction. Please et me know what will be the court fees. How can i minimize court fee?

Dear Mam
I have filed complaint in MCD for cancellation of building plan as same was passed basis of fraud documents. But MCD is not ready to take action. I want to file suit against MCD and request relief for declaration of sanctioned building plan null & void and premanent injunction so the current resident will not be able to dispose off the property. The current value as per circle rate is approx 50 lacs. Please let me know the court fees that need to be deposited. I have no ownership right over the property, i just want cancellation of illegally approved sanctioned building plan.
