Allegations - Rape and fight.
Court given order to file FIR.
police filled the FIR and arrested the accused and send him to jail.
He got Bail from session court on the basis of case dairy investigation.
Now investigation has been completed but charge sheet still not submited.
But case status showing online......
Status - Disposed
Nature - contested-rejected.
Please help to understand what is that mean.
If it is rejected than FIR will be quashed and case finished?
