We are staying in co-operative society. and we have car from last 8 years. and we are paying for the 200 per month car parking charges from last 8 years. Now from this month we gave our flat on the rent. but still our car is parked in the same society same place. and we are ready to pay 2 car parking charges. and our tenant don't have car.
But now society is telling us now u need to pay 2000 per month for same car / car parking charges.
Why we should pay 2000 per month ? our parking is from last 8 years. and tenant dont have car.
we want to understand the rule about the parking. what is the law?
can u advise for the same .
