Car parking

Sir,

We Own a Ground floor flat consists of  868 sqft. We have the following issues

1. The apartment consists of Portion A and Portion B

2. Portion A consists of G1,3 and 5 owners and Portion B G2, 4 and 6

3. The owners of G1, 3,4 and 5 own car parking areas

4. The G4 owners let out his parking area to the third party

5. G2 and G6 does not have car parking areas

6. the apartment has approximately around 650 sqft as common area

7. The owner of the G4 is prefventing us from keeping our two wheelers and car in the common area

8. He is obstructing our pathway to walk and move freely.

9. The other owners are not under mutual reconciliation and acting whatever this G4 owner says

10. He is preventing others to help us. The pathway from our entrace to the main gate is obstructed with parking two wheelers and car to prevent us to walk or move freely.

Under the above circumstances, what is the stand we need to take.

Thanks & regards

subhashri
