Car ownership

Hi I bought a car by paying the dealer from my account,since I work abroad so my brother registered in his own name,how can I get the car back and register the car in my name or stop my brother from selling it.Thanks

Obtain blank transfer forms and an agreement duly notarized that he is defacto owner for you and he is not having any rights to sell.

Also ask them to add your name as joint owner in the RC book.
