Last Sunday i was traveling through Yeshvantpur Flyover opp to Police commisioner office nothing accident noticed by me and family, we came home as usual, but Tuseday evening i got a call from Trafic Police Station that your Maruthi Ertica has hited a Byke Traveller, I report with My car to Police and they ciezed the car and released the car next day after RTO Report,The Byke Driver accused that iMy Car hited from his Right Side and he and his mother fell down and got injuries in Leg and in head,He told i was driving very rash and not stoped the car after accident,
In RTO Report there is no damage in my car because of this accident,I have also problem like My Car was Yellow Board,and Fitness certificate is not valid, I know Insurance claim will not come to Me,
I am worried, Pls advise me what to do, Police charged me with IPC 279 & 337
